1. Who you are contracting with

Dad’s Football Guide is operated by Isaac Wulff (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into them.

2. The service

Dad’s Football Guide shows which NFL games you can watch based on your location and the TV/streaming services you have. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. Game schedules and broadcast assignments can change; we do not guarantee the service is uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. That includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing others’ intellectual property, interfering with the service’s security (including malware, probing, or scraping), reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits.

4. Accounts

Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your account data may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
